Define phase
Define (Analysis): In the Define phase, we sort and discuss the findings from the Discovery phase to identify important insights for creating or improving solutions.
Step 4: The findings from the Discover phase are brought together and the design team begins to make sense of the data.
Step 5: Next, the design team distils insights that emerge from the data.
Step 6: Finally, the design team identifies key opportunities for new solutions.
